To be considered for a caregiving position, applicants must:
1. Be at least 18 years of age
2. Be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to perform caregiving duties and collaborate with clients and agency staff
3. Be able to pass all required screening tests, including but not limited to criminal records and LEIE check
4. Have proof of the ability to work legally in the U.S.A.
5. Be able to complete caregiver and medication training, or present current certification in good standing from the Oregon State Board of Nursing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Aide
